• Compactor not level or cabinet off-square. Square cabinet and open door.
• Ram struck down. Gain access to control panel and follow tech sheet instructions for raising the ram.

Ram Jams Periodically

• Loading bottles into side of trash compartment. Recycle bottles instead of putting them into the trash compactor.
